Fees and Payment

I offer self-pay sessions and accept payment via credit/debit card, and other major electronic payment methods. Superbills can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Individual Therapy
50-minute session — $150

Couples Therapy
50-minute session — $200

Private Breathwork & Sound Bath Sessions
50-minute session — $90

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients with financial need.

Telehealth therapy services using insurance are provided through Rula Health. Rula partners with many major insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible and affordable.

To honor time and availability, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee. This policy helps ensure consistent access to care for all clients.
