Therapy is a space for you—not just for what you’re struggling with, but for who you are becoming.
-
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience in the social work field. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University.
I remain committed to ongoing growth as a therapist and to deepening the care I provide. I have expanded my training through the Holistic Therapist Academy and currently pursuing certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, an approach that emphasizes the connection between mind and body to support your well-being .

My approach is tailored to your lived experience and integrates several therapeutic methods. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on your strengths and goals, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore different parts of yourself.
I also incorporate somatic practices to support mind-body awareness and nervous system regulation, along with psychodynamic therapy to understand how past experiences shape current patterns. Together, these approaches support deeper insight, regeneration, and lasting change.

My practice primarily centers adult women of color. I also welcome individuals of all genders, faiths, racial/ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations. My goal is to provide a respectful and inclusive space where each person feels seen and supported.
Who I am
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of a virtual therapeutic practice rooted in curiosity, care, and connection. I entered this field over ten years ago driven by a genuine desire to better understand myself and others, and to create spaces where people feel safe enough to do the same.
I’ve always been drawn to the ways our experiences—especially the ones we carry quietly—shape how we think, feel, and move through the world. My work is centered on supporting clients in exploring those layers with compassion and without judgment.
As a Black woman, I also understand that seeking support is not always simple. Many women of color have been expected to be strong, self-sufficient, and resilient, often while carrying unspoken stress and responsibility. I aim to offer a space where you don’t have to hold everything together or translate your lived experience...you can simply arrive as you are.
